If you have ordered a custom piece of Planetjill Jewelry please send an email with an attachment of your image(s) at 300 dpi or higher. If you don't have the photo you would like to use in digital format you can also send us the original photo by mail, and it will be returned to you in the same condition we received it. (We are not responsible for lost or stolen photos due to shipping.) Please also include the letter(s) to be used if your piece has an initial or monogram charm with it. You will receive your order within three weeks of us receiving your full order including photographs.
If you have ordered a Custom Canvas or Color Block Canvas please send your email with an attachment of your image(s) at 300 dpi or higher. If you don't have the photo you would like to use in digital format you can also send us the original photo by mail, and it will be returned to you in the same condition we received it. (We are not responsible for lost or stolen photos due to shipping.) Please also write the quote, name and/or date you would like included on your canvas. A soft proof will be emailed to you for final approval before printing. Please keep in mind that due to all computers having varying settings on their monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from the color you see on your screen. You will receive your custom canvas within three weeks of giving your final approval of the soft proof.
If you have ordered a Custom Name Bracelet please send an email with the name(s) or initials you would like for each strand.
